General questions about Admission and Application

The LMU Master’s program in Business Administration is not a program with a Numerus Clausus (NC), but rather a program with an aptitude assessment procedure. Therefore, an NC is not relevant for the application to the Master’s program in Business Administration.

For your application, a simple (not officially certified) copy of your official bachelor’s certificate is sufficient at first. In case of a positive admission decision, please follow the guidelines of the Student Office or the International Office for official enrolment.

By the application deadline (May 15), proof of at least 140 ECTS credits is sufficient. The official graduation certificate is only required at the earliest for enrollment or transfer into the master’s program (usually in October).

It is important that you have successfully completed each of the six subject areas of the entrance exam. We do not examine the exact grade average in detail; therefore, a “pass” is sufficient for recognition.

Yes, each sub-aspect must be covered 100%. Please send us appropriate proof, for example via a module handbook. If you do not meet the requirements, you can either submit a GMAT score or take the master’s entrance exam.

Please fill in all fields and subfields completely. An incomplete recognition application cannot be processed and will therefore automatically lead to rejection of the recognition.
